Receive snazzy "Be Creative@Your Public Library" kazoos for each student when a library staff member or volunteer visits one or more schools to promote your Summer Reading program. Classroom visits, assemblies and field trips to the public library count, too! You'll also receive two "Be Creative@Your Library" art smocks for your library, and two for each school. There is no limit on partner schools, but give-away items are only available for elementary children grades K-6.

Your on-line application will ask you to submit enrollment numbers for each elementary school. You can find these numbers at:

To apply, fill out the on-line application and submit by March 17, 2009. You may apply for as many Bright Futures programs as you'd like using this single on-line form.

Supplies are limited! Applications will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis; once supplies are depleted, applications will no longer be accepted.
